Group / Organization Recognition:

The organization recognition process has been converted to an electronic form in an effort to speed and enhance the communication process. Here are the steps to becoming recognized, and therefore eligible to recieve funding.

0. (Before you start) Read the Chartering Policy

1. Download the Intent to be Active Form in MS Word 2K format (HERE).

2. Complete the form and email it to your advisor

3. The advisor completes the form by electronically signing, saving the file, and forwarding the updated file to stugov@augsburg.edu

4. The Chartering Committee reviews the proposal. If incomplete the committee informs the organizations president of needed changes. If complete the committee chair motions for the organization to be approved at the senate meeting following their review. Following the meeting a committee representative notifies the organizations president of the vote.
