Incentives
50 points: long sleeve t-shirt or water bottle (while supplies last)
100 points (includes 1st 50): Fitness/Wellness Hooded Sweatshirt or winter stocking cap (while supplies last)
150 points - NEW THIS YEAR - windbreaker (while supplies last)
How You Can Earn Points
You will get 1 point for each exercise session you do for at least 30 minutes or for doing a minimum of 10,000 steps in a day. You will not get extra points for longer workouts or more steps nor will you be able to earn more than 1 point per day. You can start recording exercise points on the first day of classes (Wed 9/09/09) through the last day of classes (Fri 4/23/10) This gives each of us 228 days of opportunity to earn our points.
How To Report Points
You are to keep track of your own points. When you reach the 50/100/150 point marks, send an e-mail to:fitness@augsburg.edu
Be sure and send your e-mail in a timely fashion after you have earned your points. You may get a workout card to help keep track of points from Carol Enke x1250 or e-mail fitness@augsburg.edu
