Wellness Program for Faculty and Staff - Ongoing Programs
In addition to the Wellness initiatives, faculty and staff may take advantage of several opportunities for fitness and spiritual renewal on campus:
Yoga and Tai Chi classes
Yoga: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 - 1:00 in the Marshall Room.
Tai Chi: Every Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the Century Room.
*Yoga and Tai Chi will not be offered during school breaks and finals week.

The fitness center and other athletic facilities are available for all faculty, staff, and students.
