THE AHA! MOMENT

Will Ruffin says people always ask him why he wanted the "high-paying" job of teaching. "I say, 'What would you give up in order to have a job you enjoy going to every single day?'"

"The workload is tough sometimes, but the payoff of having my own elementary classroom outweighs this greatly!" he says. "To me, there is no better joy in the world than the look in a child's face after accomplishing or realizing something. We call it the 'Aha! Moment.'"
