Braun joined the business administration and the MIS department at
Augsburg in 1997 with 20 years of information technology industry
experience, most recently with Electronic Data Systems and National
Car Rental. She has provided leadership in software development, application
portfolio management, project management, business process and enterprise
reengineering, strategic business planning and strategic IT planning.
Braun teaches computer hands-on introductory classes, MIS in the organization theory course, systems analysis and design principles and techniques, and a systems project course.
Braun has also published several magazine articles on sailing and
is the author of the middle-grade novel “Pickle in the Middle,” published
by Avon Books.
