ADMISSIONS - APPLICATION PROCESS
Admission
Requirements:
Augsburg accepts applications for admission to the Augsburg College
Rochester Program if you have graduated from high school or have earned
a G.E.D. certificate. Selection of students is based on demonstrated
academic ability with satisfactory performance in high school or previous
college work.
Application
* Complete an application form
* Send $25 non-refundable application fee to the Augsburg Weekend College
office
* Submit a personal summary outlining your tentative educational objectives
and reasons for wanting to attend Augsburg
Transcripts
Have official academic transcripts from all previously attended postsecondary
institutions sent directly to Augsburg Weekend College Admissions.
This includes colleges, universities, and vocational/technical schools.
Acceptance
You will be notified of the admission decision usually within one week
after your application file is complete and has been evaluated by
the Admissions Committee.
Credit Evaluation
An official transfer credit evaluation of your previous academic work
will be completed upon acceptance and mailed to you.
Advising and Registration
You are able to participate in academic advising and the registration
process after you have been accepted.
