How to Apply for Financial Aid at Augsburg
- Your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be sent to Augsburg College. Go to the FAFSA web site and choose "Add or Delete a School Code" under "FAFSA Follow-Up." Augsburg's code is 002334.
- The FAFSA is just the beginning. (We know...more paperwork!) In order to complete your application, we need an Augsburg verification worksheet and copies of your federal income taxes (1040) or a statement of non-filing. You'll find forms and instructions at the Financial Aid Office.
- After you receive a financial aid award letter from Augsburg, discuss it with a financial aid counselor to determine the best financing plan for you.
