AQIP institutions provide evidence that they meet The Higher Learning Commission's Criteria for Accreditation through the development and maintenance of a Systems Portfolio and Index that specifies questions in the Systems Portfolio that provide evidence of compliance with Commission Criteria. The Criteria for Accreditation are: Mission and Integrity, Preparing for the Future, Student Learning and Effective Teaching, Acquisition, Discovery, and Application of Knowledge, and Engagement and Service.
The Systems Portfolio emphasizes systems and processes that are key to the viability of Augsburg College. It includes an organizational overview plus the examination of the context for analysis, processes, results, and plans for improvement for each of the nine AQIP Categories:
