2007: Earned All-MIAC honorable-mention honors for the second straight season ... Had three assists, coming against Northwestern-Roseville (Aug. 31), Bethel (Oct. 20), and St. Benedict (Oct. 24) ... Started every game (55) of her collegiate career, and has one goal and five assists for seven points in her three seasons ... Earned Academic All-MIAC honors with 3.67 GPA.

2006: Earned All-MIAC honorable-mention honors ... Started each Augsburg game as an outside defender in her two seasons (36 games) ... Scored one goal against Concordia Moorhead (Oct. 6) and two assists, coming against Martin Luther College (Sept. 7) and Hamline (Sept. 15) for four points.

2005: Started every game ... Took 14 shots, 8 of them on goal ... Also participated in track and field ... Ran the 100-meter dash in a season-best time of 12.94.

High School: Participated in soccer, track and field, and gymnastics ... Earned all-conference honors in soccer (04-05) and in track and field 5 years for her performance in the 100-meter, 200-meter and long jump events ... Earned all-region honors in track and field 4 years ... Participated in the AAU Junior Olympics (03) in the long jump ... Member of National Honors Society.

On Campus: Earned Academic All-MIAC honors (06, 07).
