Charlie Basco is in his sixth season as an Auggie coach in 2005-06. He was an assistant coach on the Auggie staff during the team’s MIAC championship and NCAA Division III fourth-place season in 1997-98, and returned to the coaching staff in the 2001-02 season.

A 1980 graduate of White Bear Mariner HS, Basco was a three-year letterwinner in high school as a forward in hockey, as well as a participant on the school’s soccer and men’s golf teams.

Basco currently works as a golf pro and manager at the Manitou Ridge Golf Course in White Bear Lake, Minn.
