Augsburg College Athletics Staff -- Ryan Kershaw
Ryan Kershaw (St. Olaf '04) will enter his first season on the Augsburg men's basketball coaching staff in 2007-08. Kershaw spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at his alma mater, St. Olaf College, where he served under head coach Dan Kosmoski. He was part of the Oles' recruiting, scouting and teaching staff, in addition to coaching at youth basketball camps. He served as director of the first St. Olaf Summer Shootout team camp. Kershaw served on the coaching staff for the Oles' first-ever Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference postseason playoff victory in the 2006-07 season. As a player at St. Olaf (2000-04), he served as team captain his senior season and was a member of the 2002-03 Ole squad that qualified for the MIAC postseason playoffs. Kershaw earned his bachelor's degree in social studies education from St. Olaf in 2004, and is currently pursuing his master's degree in physical education at Hamline University. He currently works as a special education resource room coordinator at Chaska (Minn.) Middle School West, and lives in St. Louis Park, Minn.
