Missy Strauch (North Dakota State '89) is in her ninth year as Augsburg's head athletic trainer. Strauch earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training from North Dakota State and her master's degree in human performance from Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1994.

Prior to coming to Augsburg, Strauch served as an athletic trainer at Orono HS (Long Lake, Minn., 1989-92), Augustana College (Ill., 1994-97) and at the University of Minnesota (1997-98).

Strauch recently served as president of the Minnesota Athletic Trainers Association. A native of Perham, Minn., Strauch lives in Robbinsdale, Minn.
