Game Summary:
MINNEAPOLIS (10/15/99) -- Tim Green (Jr., Coon Rapids, Minn.) scored with just under 10 minutes remaining on a 20-yard shot Friday, lifting the University of Mary to a 1-0 victory over host Augsburg College in a men's soccer game at Anderson-Nelson Field. Augsburg drops to 2-10 overall with the nonconference loss.

The Auggies played well against the Marauders, considered one of the top teams in North Dakota and in the NAIA national rankings. Augsburg was outshot 11-4 in the game.

Goalkeeper Gustavo Quintiliano (Jr., Brasilia, Brazil/Mound-Westonka HS) made seven saves in a losing effort for the Auggies. Lance Kalberer (Sr., Bismarck, N.D.) had four saves in a shutout effort for Mary.

Augsburg plays at Wisconsin-Superior on Sunday (10/17) at 1 p.m., then hosts Concordia-Moorhead on Wednesday (10/20) at 7 p.m.
