CAO - Equipment Request Form - Popcorn Machine, Snow Cone Machine, Karaoke Machine

Campus Activities and Orientation (CAO) has equipment available for students and college departments to rent for events and programming, including a popcorn machine, a snow cone machine, and a karaoke machine.

Karaoke Machine
This includes CDs of songs. Can only be used in Student Lounge;

Popcorn Machine
You must use the popcorn that CAO provides. You will be charged a non-refundable fee of $3/bag of popcorn. Bags serve approximately 8-16 people. Machine usage instructions are located on the side of the machine. Finally, the machine must be cleaned before returning it.

Snow Cone Machine
You must provide your own ice. Machine usage instructions are located on the side of the machine. There is a limit of 3 flavors and 60 cups; those who want additional flavors and/or cups will be charged a $25 administrative fee.

If any equipment is returned damaged, unclean, or with pieces missing, my student group or college department will be charged a minimum fee of $50.00 and will be prohibited from reserving any equipment from CAO for the remainder of the academic year.
