Melrose Institute - Nationally recognized comprehensive program in treating anorexia and bulimia; affiliated with University of Minnesota physicians. Team approach including physicians, physical and occupational therapists, registered nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and dietitians. The Emily Program - Outpatient treatment program that provides comprehensive psychological, nutritional and medical care for individuals with eating disorders. Program incorporates group therapy, individual therapy, eating disorder groups, nutritional education and counseling, and family therapy. Teenage Medical Service Eating Disorders Unit - A service of Children’s Hospital and Clinics of Minneapolis. Multidisciplinary outpatient eating disorder program, with physician, psychologist, nutritionist and family therapist. Primarily for anorexia nervosa and bulimia. Hennepin County Mental Health - Outpatient treatment for eating disorders (psychologist who specializes in eating disorders, psychiatrists available for medication assessment). Services free for low-income individuals. 612-347-5637
