Hepatitis A, B and C Information and Minnesota Colleges. The Minnesota College Immunization Law (Minn. Stat 135A.14) amended in 2000 requires colleges to provide information about the transmission, treatment and prevention of hepatitis A, B, and C to all persons who are first-time enrollees. There are a variety of symtpoms and if untreated, Hepatitis B and C can cause serious liver disease. This site provides more information from the Department of Public Health.
