Student Orientation and Registration (SOAR) 612-330-1100. All new Augsburg students (first year and transfer) participate in orientation programs. Let the CLASS Office know if you need any accommodations for the orientation events.
TRIO / Student Support Services (SSS) is committed to helping low-income, first generation students, students with disabilities and students with a commitment to succeed in college achieve a bachelor’s degree. Services include financial aid review, academic planning, study skills development, academic progress monitoring, time and stress management, cultural enrichment activities, leadership opportunities, and a need-based scholarship for TRIO / SSS students in their first two years of college.
Group and individual tutoring support is available for most Augsburg courses. The Academic Skills Office coordinates most of the tutoring support with the exception of the Writing, Math and Speakers Lab.
The goal of the Writing Lab at Augsburg College is to create a place where students can find useful information and resources about writing. Please come in and look around.
