CLASS Program - CLASS Program & Access Center Test Proctor Request
The Test Proctor Request is now in Moodle.
If you are working with someone in CLASS or the Access Center, submit a Test Proctor Request in Moodle for each exam you wish to take in the Groves Lab with accommodations. Submit your requests at least seven days before the exam date.
Log-in to the "Inside Augsburg" page and then go into Moodle (My Classes). The CLASS/Access Test Proctor Request is within each of the courses you are enrolled in. You will find it in the "Augsburg Tools" sidebar.
You will receive an e-mail in your Augsburg account confirming that your request was received. An email will also be sent to your professor's Augsburg email account, and they will let the CLASS office know how we will get the exam, additional resources to be used on the exam, and the amount of time given to the students in the classroom to take the exam. Once the professor submits this information, you will receive another e-mail.
If you are unable to submit your request through Moodle, the old Online Proctor Request is still available.
