Graduating students, please note the following items you'll need to resolve:

1. Student Account

a. Pay any outstanding balance due on your student account, by check or credit card, in the Enrollment Center.

b. If you have a credit balance you may also request the amount to be released to you in the Enrollment Center.

Your degree and/or your academic transcript are released only after your student account is paid in full and you have completed the required exit interview.

2. Exit interview

a. This is a federal requirement for any student who has received a Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Stafford Loan (subsidized and unsubsidized), or a Federal Nursing Loan.

b. This is also a state requirement for any student who has received a SELF Loan.

c. Group exit interviews occur during your last term of enrollment beginning in April. You will receive an e-mail at your Augsburg e-mail address with dates, times, and location from the Enrollment Center.
