Center for Teaching and Learning - Who Are My Students?

Options for Obtaining a Class List:

Records and Registration: Step-by-Step:

1. Open a web browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari
2. Go to the Inside Augsburg webpage at the following web address:  http://inside.augsburg.edu/
3. Log in to Augnet Services in the left column with your AugNet username and password. If you do not know your Augnet username or password contact your Liaison for Computing.
4. Click on the Records & Registration link listed under Augnet Services
5. Click on the blue My Classes button in the upper left corner of the page. You will see the Class Roster/Grade Entry page displayed.
6. Click on the drop-down dialog box displaying the text “Select From Current and Future Classes”
7. Select one of your courses from the list
8. You will see a listing of the students enrolled in your course.
9. If desired, create a PDF of this page or print a hard copy
10. You will notice additional options on this page for Creating an Academic Alert and for Entering a Grade. Refer to sections devoted to these items on the Faculty Resources Webpage.

Augnet Picture Roster in Moodle : Step-by-Step:

1. Open a web browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari
2. Go to the Inside Augsburg webpage at the following web address:  http://inside.augsburg.edu/
3. Log in to Augnet Services in the left column with your AugNet username and password. If you do not know your Augnet username or password contact your Liaison for Computing.
4. Click on the My Courses (moodle)link listed under Augnet Services
5. Once Moodle has opened, locate your course from the listing in the middle of the screen and click the blue link for that course. The Moodle site for that course will open.
6. Scroll down on the page until you locate the Augsburg Tools block in the left column of the page.
7. Click on the blue link for AugNet Picture Roster
