Application Checklist

You may request a paper application by calling the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at 612-330-1001 or apply online.

If you are entering Augsburg as an incoming first-year student (which includes students who took post-secondary courses during high school), please submit the following:

• Application for admission
• A typed, two-to-three page personal essay outlining educational goals and objectives
• Official transcripts from your high school
• Two letters of academic recommendation
• 25$ application fee (waived for on-line applications)

If you are transferring to Augsburg, please submit the following:

• Application for admission
• A typed, two-to-three page personal essay outlining educational goals and objectives
• Official transcripts from every post-secondary school, college, or university attended
• Two letters of academic recommendation if your cumulative GPA is below 3.0
• 25$ application fee (waived for on-line applications)
