Discounted Metro Transit Passes

Augsburg College and Metro Transit offer students  a Go-To-College Pass, which allows unlimited rides — on any bus or train, to any location — for an entire semester. The cost to students is $150 for the semester, and passes can be purchased from the Enrollment Center.

Augsburg also subsidizes the cost of the Stored Value cards for students, faculty, and staff. Stored Value cards are discounted and are available to purchase at the Enrollment Center. Faculty and staff can take advantage of the option to pay for passes pre-tax via paycheck withholding.

Metro passes are also available for Augsburg employees who work more than 20 hours a week. Participants must sign up for the Metropass for a one year contract to go through August 31, 2013.

• There is a 2 limit purchase.
• Stored Value cards cannot be used on light rail without a valid bus transfer.
• 31-Day passes are valid only one person per trip and is unlimited for 31 days from first day of use.
