Augsburg College welcomes transfer students from McNally Smith College of Music. Augsburg’s articulation agreement with McNally Smith College of Music includes coursework from their Music Performance program (A.A.S., A.F.A., and diploma options).
MSCM students complete select general education courses (GENxxxx) through concurrent enrollment at Inver Hills Community College. When applying to Augsburg, students must submit official transcripts from McNally Smith College of Music and Inver Hills Community College. Refer to our transfer guide with IHCC for additional information.
The following table lists the Augsburg College requirements and the corresponding courses at McNally Smith College of Music that have been reviewed and approved for substitution. A grade of C or better is required for a course transfer to Augsburg. An official transfer credit evalaution will be done to finalize the courses and credits that will transfer.
