Kjellgren Kohrs Alkire


Kjellgren Alkire celebrates and interrogates both ideology and culture. He is Assistant Professor in the Department of Art and Design at Northwestern College in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

His studio and curatorial work has been a beneficiary of several awards, including grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board, Contemporary Forum of the Phoenix Art Museum and the Missouri Arts Council. Intentionally maintaining professional membership in College Art Association, AIGA and International Cowboy Ministers Network, he always enjoys chatting about art, culture, risk and theology.
