William Arden

Assistant Professor

I teach marketing and management courses in the undergraduate day program, Weekend College, and in the MBA program.

I really enjoy teaching and think that everyone should study marketing. Even if you’re never a marketer by profession, you’ll be a consumer your whole life. It’s good to know how the marketers are thinking.

One of my most memorable experiences as a teacher was my first time in a classroom. I taught a graduate marketing course (at another institution) and walked out of class the first night saying, “I haven’t had this much fun in a job in a long time!”

When I am not teaching, I conduct research in the areas of marketing of innovations and marketing strategy
