With just paper and pencil, Augsburg alumnus (’67) and Art Faculty member Lynn Bollman transforms the trunk of a tree into a physical human presence. When the drawings measure some five feet in length, the experience of viewing them becomes extraordinary. “Trunks,” an exhibition of these deftly drawn trees, will be on view in the Christensen Center Gallery from Friday, November 5 until Sunday, December 19.

The opening reception will be Friday, November 5, from 5-7:30 p.m. The artist will also give an informal gallery talk on Friday, November 12, at 4:00 p.m.
