Celebrating 25 Years!

2007 marks the start of the Center for Global Education's 25th anniversary celebration.  The Center was one of the pioneers in a new form of international education that engaged people in local communities, particularly those whose voices were not readily heard through mainstream media or in academia.

Since then more than more than 10,000 people have participated in semester and short-term programs.  Programming has been coordinated in more than 40 countries in the Asia/Pacific region, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and in the United States.

The Center currently has permanent programming and staff in Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Namibia, and Nicaragua.

Please join together with us in celebrating 25 years of transformative education!
