Namibia and South Africa's emergence from a long history of genocide, colonization, and oppression sets the stage for nation-building and development today. Programs are based in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, with educational seminars offered in multiple sites in South Africa. Windhoek reflects the German colonial influence, the effects of apartheid and South African occupation, and the presence of 11 ethnic groups. Customized internships are available.
