How to Register for
a Short-Term Travel Seminar

1. Register Online.  Please you have your passport and medical insurance information with you before you register.  You may still register if you do not have a passport or health insurance; instructions will be provided on applying for a passport and/or obtaining supplemental health insurance. If your travel seminar requires a deposit, you will need your credit card or bank account information as well.

2. Or download paper copy of travel seminar registration packet.  You can view and print out this form only if your computer has a PDF file reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If you don’t have one of these, you may download a copy of Adobe here for free.  Once you download Acrobat Reader, open up the file and print it out.  You can then complete the application packet and submit it to the Center by postal mail.

3. Or call the Center at 800/299-8889 or Send us an email to request a registration packet.  In your email message, please include your mailing address and specify which program(s) interest(s) you.

Center for Global Education travel seminars require a certain level of emotional and physical stamina. For this reason, our registration form asks you to disclose health-related information that could impact your ability to fully participate.
