Common to most travel seminars:

While each Center for Global Education travel seminar is uniquely designed, the following components are normally included :

  • Health and safety orientation so that you feel comfortable and safe during your seminar.  Includes cultural tips regarding the proper protocol for meetings with local resource people.

  • Historical overview to provide you with a context for understanding what you're seeing.

  • Listening to stories from a variety of perspectives, with an emphasis on those not often heard by U.S. travelers.

  • Group reflection sessions to help process what you've seen and make connections to your own life.
