Standards of Publication
Policies of the Augsburg Honors Review
- All submissions should be submitted electronically to the AHR official website. (Submit a Paper )
- Since the AHR is an undergraduate journal, all persons submitting must be undergraduates. If the submitter’s paper is accepted after he/she has graduated, the paper is still eligible for print as long as the submitter was an undergraduate student at the time of submission.
- No simultaneous submission, unless the submitter has received an official note of rejection from AHR staff.
- The AHR considers Essays to be "working" papers. Once an Essay is published in the AHR students are encouraged to add to the Essay and submit it to other journals or present it at undergraduate conferences.
- All advisers must approve of the submission to the AHR.
- Submitter must ensure that the work is entirely his/her own, and that all works by other authors have been properly cited.
- All co-authors and advisers must be listed on the paper.
- All citations are formatted according to Diana Hacker.
