Auggies develop skills and passions for meaningful work through liberal arts and major coursework combined with off-campus, real-world learning opportunities, which we call “The Augsburg Experience”.
Canoe the Mississippi River from St. Paul, Minnesota down to New Orleans, Louisiana; conduct research at prestigious institutions like Johns Hopkins, Harvard, or the Mayo Clinic; complete an internship at a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Minneapolis; or explore the culture and countryside of one-or more!- of 90 countries through our study abroad program. With so many opportunities, the hardest part is deciding what to do!
What students love most about Augsburg is our small classes and strong sense of community. There are many ways to engage with the college community whether it’s in the classroom making connections with your professors or developing your leadership skills in one of our student groups all will enrich your learning experience and make Augsburg feel like home.
We value diversity in all its forms at Augsburg. Here there are students from many countries, of all ages, and with a variety of backgrounds. We all bring our experiences and viewpoints together to learn from each other.
