All written
documents submitted to the IRB must display college-level writing
proficiency. Please attend carefully to grammar, spelling, and
punctuation. Poorly written essays and inadequately organized
applications will be rejected. It is strongly recommended that you print
and submit your application double-sided to save paper. Do not submit
the instructions with your application--only the actual application
needs to be submitted to the committee. Please submit your complete
mailing and Augsburg e-mail addresses so that the IRB can communicate with you.
You may download an
electronic version of the IRB Application Form (as well as other forms) from this web
site. The
documents are in Microsoft Word format. Microsoft Word is available on
all of the college's network PCs, both Macintosh and Windows.

document, this application is completely digital and is submitted
electronically.
