Inter-Library Loan Requests (ILL)
Augsburg can request your article from other libraries, beginning with those libraries physically closest to campus. If the article is received electronically from the lending library, we'll send you an email message with a link to the article. If a paper copy of the article is received, we'll email and call you so you can come to the library to pick up the copy.
To start the ILL request process, click this link when you do not see any full-text options:
That link will prompt you to enter your AugNet username/password. If you have never ordered an article via ILL before, you will be prompted to create your ILLIAD account. You must first complete your ILLIAD account creation before proceeding. After you do this, each time you are prompted to login after clicking the We'll Order it for you link, you will see the important details of the article automatically entered into the revelant fields:
