All photo requests must be received a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event for scheduling purposes. ALL fields on this form must be completed before selecting "Send Form."
Because Augsburg College does not employ a full-time staff photographer, priority will always be given to events and photos for which there is a broad external marketing purpose. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will be happy to help coordinate a student intern photographer (if available), a professional freelance photojournalist (at an approximate rate of $150/hour), or you may check out a digital camera from the Lindell Library circulation desk to take your own photos. |
