Marketing and Communication

What We Do

Our staff is available to assist all campus offices and departments in achieving their particular marketing and communication goals. We can help plan, design, and execute communications that reach out to prospective students, donors, and friends; attract audiences to events; and deliver important information in timely and effective manners. Our staff has extensive experience in a variety of media, both print and electronic. When a project or event demands expertise or equipment beyond what’s available on campus, we work with outside vendors and consultants to complete your project. We are also charged with articulating and implementing the Augsburg Promise, the branding initiative of the College.

How We Work

Due to the large volume of requests we get year-round, we must receive all of your materials at least six weeks prior to the date when your project must be completed or your event is planned. That way, we can schedule your project among the many others we are working on at any one time.

Because we are the campus leaders in marketing and event strategies, please understand that completing a request form does not guarantee that a webpage, publication, or photographer will be granted. We do promise to work with you to find the best way to meet your goals.
