Marketing and Communication - CREATIVE BRIEF FORM

This creative brief will enable the Office of Marketing and Communication to begin collaborating with you to help you deliver your message to your audience. Use this creative brief form to initiate a completely new project or a major redesign of an existing project -- for minor or content revisions to existing projects, please use the project form. ALL fields on this form must be completed prior to selecting "Send Form." Upon receiving this request, staff from Marketing & Communication will contact you to determine a production timeline.
