November
11, 2006: The
annual North Central Section Team Contest was held on Saturday,
November 11, 2006. Four students participated: Brian Bocklund, Evan
Fuhs, Michael Janas and Bihn Nguyen. Our two teams finished 35th and
39th out of 60 teams. Each team got credit for solutions for four
different problems, which is impressive. Considering the young age and
relative inexperience of our students, I think the future is looking
bright. Please contact Jody Sorensen if you are interested in
participating in future math contests.
November
