NASA Explorer School

Anwatin Middle School and Bryn Mahr Elementary School working with Augsburg Space Grant Coordinator, Jeanine Gregoire and the director of NASA Johnson Center Educational Program, Julie Ferris, were granted funds to develop “space science across the curriculum” modules for each school. This grant provides support for teacher professional development, participation in NASA educational outreach programs and funds for materials. Nationally, ten school programs were awarded the NASA Explorer School designation.
