New program accelerates path to MBA

Traditional undergraduate students will be able to earn a bachelor of arts in business and a Master of Business Administration in just five years beginning in the fall of 2013 through Augsburg’s new “MBA 4 + 1” program. The program, the first of its kind in the Twin Cities, offers an accelerated schedule that is cost efficient because it reduces overall time spent in college. Designed for traditional undergraduates, the program will be friendly to international students, will feature close academic advising relationships, and will include hands-on learning through focused internships. The College is exploring how the program

might serve students at other Minnesota colleges that do not offer graduate programs.
