OMBUDS SERVICES

When a student contacts us, our office will:

1.) If possible, the Ombuds will direct students to pertinent college policies and procedures. If the Ombuds is unfamiliar with that specific policy they will…

2.) Direct students to pertinent college office or college personnel in order to further explain college policy. At this point the Ombuds will work with the student to develop their advocacy skills and problem solving competencies.
