Pan-Afrikan Student Services - Director, Trena Bolden Fields
Trena Bolden Fields has served as director of Augsburg's Pan-Afrikan Center since 2002. As an advisor to many students, she is focused on carrying out the College's mission by helping to develop future leaders in service to the world. She received her bachelor's degree in theatre arts and communication from Augsburg and is pursuing a master's degree in educational psychology, counseling, and student personnel at the University of Minnesota.
Trena strives to help develop the "whole" student while helping students overcome life's obstacles. She is also a professional actress and has performed at theatres such as Penumbra, Illusion, Stages, Youth Performance Company, Climb, and the Great American History Theatre.
