Beate Fjellanger helps to host a visit to Augsburg by Gro Harlem Brundtland, former Prime Minister of Norway and general-director of the World Health Organization.
A
team of key people in five areas at Augsburg College--academic departments,
admissions, advising, housing, and study abroad--works with the director of
International Partners to ensure that students in the program receive high quality
academic training, professional experience and student services.

European Partners
Most of our Partner schools are in Norway, since the program
was initially established as a means of keeping alive the Nordic heritage of
Augsburg College. The program has subsequently been expanded to include state
or private church-related colleges from other European nations that meet the
following criteria:
Fully accredited by their national government
Offer degrees equivalent to the U.S. Bachelor of Arts or
Bachelor of Science
Provide student access to European government or private
aid
Subscribe to ECTS (European Community Credit Transfer System)
Administer consistent, personalized international study
programs
