Registrar's Office - MCNALLY SMITH SCHOOL OF MUSIC CROSS REGISTRATION

Beginning Fall 2009, Augsburg students may cross-register with McNally Smith College of Music.

Cross-registration is available to all sophomores, juniors and seniors who are full-time Day program students.  You must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher at Augsburg to participate.  Augsburg students may take one approved class per term at McNally Smith College of Music.  Classes range from 1 to 4 semester hours (0.25 to 1.0 credit).

Registration Process
Students should submit a completed and signed Augsburg/MSCM Cross-Registration Form to the Enrollment Center before the end of the initial registration period at Augsburg.  After initial registration, cross-registrations will be processed beginning on the first day of class with an instructor's signature.

Dropping and adding cross-registered courses at MSCM is governed by the drop/add policies at Augsburg.  Refer to the Academic Calendars for these deadlines.

Approved Courses Listing
Augsburg students may choose from these courses at McNally Smith College of Music.  Not all courses may be offered every term.  Students are responsible for checking and meeting course prerequisites.  When calendar differences occur between Augsburg and MSCM, students are responsible for attending cross-registered courses.  Students should consult with a faculty adviser regarding appropriate course selection and how a course will apply to major requirements or electives.  Course audits are not available through this program.
