Center for Learning and Adaptive Student Services (CLASS)
CLASS is a recognized leader in providing a full range of innovative support services for students with documented Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), and psychiatric disabilities. The CLASS Program is staffed by six specialists who assist more than 190 students. The program is a logical outgrowth of Augsburg's commitment to provide a high quality liberal arts education for students with diverse backgrounds, experiences and preparation. The college has a commitment to recruit, retain and graduate students who have disabilities and demonstrate the willingness and ability to participate in college level learning. Augsburg's program for students with disabilities is the oldest and most extensive among the private colleges in Minnesota.        

The Association of Recovery Schools brings together students, secondary and post-secondary schools, and helping professionals to support students in recovery from alcohol or other drug dependence. As components of the recovery continuum of care, ARS members advocate for the strengthening and expansion of high school and college programs dedicated to achieving both academic and recovery goals.

Progress Valley
At Progress Valley, we provide residential aftercare for those who are in the early stages of recovery from chemical dependency, as well as aftercare programs. Our staff consists of both on-site professionals and outside consultants. Our programs emphasize personal responsibility, the work ethic, substantial 12-step participation, and lifestyle changes.

Serendipity Farm is a wellness education and retreat center located in Cambridge, Minnesota (about an hour north of Minneapolis/Saint Paul). Our twenty acres are home to alpacas, angora rabbits, horses, chickens and some big, friendly dogs. Our spacious retreat center is nestled in a beautiful home, and includes a meeting room, children's play area and restroom. Our campground is located a mere two minute hike away and offers privacy yet access to the house on a moment's notice.

Alpaca Farm Tours
Groups of children are invited to tour the farm and come to Alpaca School. The children will meet the alpacas, handle the fleece, learn to weave, felt and do finger plays with camelid finger puppets made from real alpaca fleece. Snack provided. Alpaca School costs $5 per person and includes materials and an educational alpaca activity book for the class room.
