Who We Are:
Student Technology and the TechDesk are a part of the Information Technology Department.
The TechDesk is a central point of contact for student technology information. We are here to support and encourage Augsburg students in their use of technology, in their academic work and beyond. Our mission is:

- To enable students to effectively use
technology through support and education
- To communicate information accurately and
consistently to students and IT staff
