Outside Scholarships
The office of Student Financial Services receives a number of requests from outside organizations asking our office to promote their student scholarships. We understand the importance of outside scholarships and hope these resources help! Please view our scholarship blog for the most up to date information on scholarship opportunities. We will also post more specific details here about scholarships that come up on a yearly basis.
The Jay and Rose Phillips Scholarship
The Phillips Scholars Program supports potential leaders with outstanding academic credentials who intend to dedicate a portion of their lives to community service. The Phillips Scholar will be eligible to receive a junior-year scholarship, a $4,000 summer award to support the development and implementation of a self-designed service project to address unmet needs in Minnesota communities, $500 from the project resource funding and a senior-year scholarship contingent on the successful completion of the summer project. Deadline: January 22, 2013.
