Directing e-mail to another address
When you set up forwarding, all new incoming mail sent to your Augsburg e-mail address will be redirected to another e-mail address. The new messages ONLY go to your alternate address; the system does not keep a copy in your Augsburg INBOX. Any messages that were already in your account before you set up forwarding will remain in your Augsburg INBOX.
1. Login to Inside Augsburg Go to the Inside Augsburg page. Login by entering your current AugNet username and password in the boxes on the left and clicking "login". |

| 2. Go to the E-mail Account Configuration page
Now that you are logged in, click on "Account Utilities" under "AugNet Services". When the menu expands, choose "E-mail Account Configuration". |

| 3. Set up the Forwarding
To activate forwarding, check the box on the left of "Enable Address Forwarding". Enter one complete email address in the box on the right of "Enable Address Forwarding". |

| 4. Confirm the Change Check the spelling of your email address to be sure it is correct, then click the [Submit Changes] button at the bottom of the screen." |

| 5. You will receive a confirmation that your request has been processed successfully. (Note: if you receive an error message stating that the server is busy, press the 'F5' key to refresh the page. You should eventually see your changes submitted successfully.) | ![]() |
