Manage folders
You can create any number of folders to file your mail, in addition to your INBOX.
Click the "Folders" button at the top of the Webmail window to open the Folder Management screen.
At the top of the Folder Management screen is a listing of all of your currently existing folders. The listing includes the number of messages in each folder, the amount of space that folder is taking up, and an option to delete the folder and all the messages it contains.
Below the folder listing is a utility that allows you to create new folders. Just type a name for the folder in the "Mailbox Name" field and click the [Add Folder] button.
Webmail also provides the option to automatically sort incoming messages into folders based on the sender or the subject line. In the "Email to Folder Sorting" block, enter the criteria for moving a message, and choose which folder you want that type of message to be sorted into. NOTE: Be careful when automatically sorting into the Trash. Once you've set up the sort, click the [Add Email Sort] button to confirm. Once you have active sorts, they will be listed in a drop-down menu in the "Email to Folder Sorting" section of this page. You may remove sorts later by re-visiting this page.
