Changing the Interface Style
Webmail provides different interfaces for viewing your email.
- The "Basic" interface works well with all web browsers. You should use this interface if your browser has problems opening messages in the other interfaces. If there are check-boxes next to each message in your INBOX, you are using this interface.
- The "Simple (Ajax)" interface adds some additional features like a spell checker and the ability to drag and drop messages into folders. If there are "circles of dots" next to to each message in your INBOX rather than check-boxes, you are using this interface.
- The "Advanced" interface has many features that you can use if your web browser is Internet Explorer or Firefox. If your webmail screen is divided into mutiple "panes", you are using this interface.
To change to a different interface, first click the Settings button at the top of the Webmail screen.

Next, click the Interface Style button on the left side of the screen.

From the drop-down menu under "Login Style", choose the interface you want to use. The "Basic (Any browser)" interface is compatible with the largest number of browsers.

To finish, click the Save Settings button on the left-hand side.
